My Name is Bridget and I am very excited you're here! From the time I was younger, I always remember automatically knowing which foods were "bad" and which foods were "good." I was obsessed with food, but hated it at the same time. After years of dieting, mentally restricting, hating my body, and feeling deprived, I finally wanted to crack the code to get to what I felt was my most authentic body. After much research, some coaching, and doing a deep dive into the diet noise that paid rent in my brain, I cracked the code and now have zero pain when it comes to food, body image, or alcohol.
